I work with black-and-white photography. My practice is organized around repetition, sequencing, and controlled variation rather than singular images.
Photographs are made over extended periods by returning to the same locations and conditions. Editing and ordering are treated as integral parts of the work, with individual images functioning as components within larger structures.
The work is realized as books and tightly edited photographic series.
Based in Finland.
